DO I HAVE TO ORDER ONLINE?
Yes. At the moment I am an online business ONLY. However I do take part in a lot of pop ups  and trade events. Please keep posted to find out upcoming events that The Young and Free will be attending.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
The business accepts all card type payments and Paypal payments.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UK?
Yes I do ship outside of the UK. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your destination.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
All products are HANDMADE and made to order so please allow 2-3 weeks. 
THIS DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU WILL RECIEVE YOUR ORDER IN 2-3 WEEKS.
This just gives a little more lead time just in case more fabrics and trimmings need to be ordered or any machine malfunctions can be sorted out. However you will be contacted with any order updates if there are any delays at all (So please make sure you leave the correct contact details at checkout)

Once you have placed your order there will be a 24 hour wait before being cut, made and processed for delivery.

All orders are sent 2nd class recorded delivery and should arrive within 3-4 working business days.

WHAT IS THE RETURN/CANCEL POLICY
My goal is 110% customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase I would love to hear from you. Please feel free to DM on instagram or send over an e-mail at

so that I can do my best to find a resolution to the problem.

As all products are HANDMADE to order all sales are final unless damaged or faulty. Once you have placed your order there is a 24 hour wait period for any cancelations.
